Body Parts

You have pretty much mastered head, nose, ears, eyes, mouth, feet, shoes and socks.  Sometimes though when we say where are your knees you point to your head, but more then half the time you get that one right too.

Talking, Laughing & Dancing

Lately you have been doing more talking, like saying Car when you see one on TV.  Yesterday at school you said Bye Aaron, as he left the room after visiting.

You have started to laugh at the funny parts of Barney and like to sway to the music of various songs.

You continue to change every day.

Old Hat

Sick

It has been a rough week.  You got diarrhea on Friday night and it lasted thru Wednesday.  So we took turns staying home with you, so we had lots of Barney and play time.  If all looks good you will go back to school on Thursday.

You meet Ava for the first time.

Ears

Well the ears aren’t fixed yet.  You had a follow up appointment yesterday and the L ear still had fluid and an infection.  The doctor thought it was probably aggravated by the respiratory stuff going around.  So another round of antibiotic and ear drops.

Buttons

Well, this week you figured out buttons. The little bookshelf stereo we have in the bedroom has changing colors once it is turned on. If I turn it on you can pause and start the music, which you do many times. In the living room you have found the button that switchs the TV from DVD to a blue screen. If you push it a few more time it goes to TV and then eventually back to the DVD which is usually playing Barney.  We also went to Jameson’s 1st Birthday party today.  You got to play with him and Garret who is only 9 months old.
